Terry L. Baker was recently elected Vice President of the Kosciusko County Board of Realtors at the September 2005 business meeting.

Terry L. Baker has reached a level of success oft times never attained by many. Becoming a multi-million dollar producer in less than 18 months of business and attaining other goals such as being in the top 2% of the local Coldwell Banker franchise. Success in sales is nothing new for Terry as he has attained sales leadership in every category of marketing he has entered into.

Client service, a friendly approach, and dedication are some of the key elements Terry attributes his success.

A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County Terry has also been involved with the community on many levels. Serving a local Church as Youth Leader for 15 years on top of being on several committees and other community involved events.

He now brings all of his experience and dedication to his new real estate office. Kosciusko County Lakes Realty LLC was formed in late July 05 and the doors were officially opened in September 05. Before the end of that year Terry had already lead his company to million dollar status and placed his office in the top twenty offices in Kosciusko County.

I am a life long resident of Kosciusko County, currently I live in Silver lake with my wife Rhonda, and three children. I served for the Milford Police Department from 1998 to 2001, before going to Zimmer where I worked until joining Kosciusko County Lakes Realty Team.
I also have many skills in the building aspect of the industry, including construction, plumbing, heating and other various aspects. These skills will help along the way to help my clients make an enjoyable home purchase with as few surprises as possible along the way. Robyn is a recent addition to the KCLR team. She comes to us from Bremen, Indiana where she was a small business owner - realtor/accountant - and mother of two. She moved to Webster Lake in 2006 after being a summer “laker” for over 17 years. She enjoys refinishing old wood boats and furniture and collecting antiques. She is a member of American Legion Post 253 in North Webster.
